KESA is a specialist in optimizing the energy consumption of production systems. This applies to both new systems and older systems. It is often crucial that the thermodynamic gradient of the various processes is recognized and used.
The example clearly shows how the energy flows of several processes can be brought together sensibly in such a way that the energy used is used to the maximum extent: the warmer process feeds the colder process.

Water is valuable and in some places a scarce resource. The reuse of treated wastewater is of great importance, especially in places with a weak infrastructure. Our purely biological herbal sewage treatment systems are an ideal solution because they allow decentralized supply at low cost with high effectiveness. We want to work with local authorities and companies as well as with universities on a scientific level.

In 1985 we started mapping real processes in databases. Much has changed since then and the standard is generally high today. But it is still an interesting task and there are always new tasks. And there is a need for improvement at all levels. We love these tasks and have the expertise to do it. We do networks, programming and operating systems including virtualisation as well.

The field of conditioning air for various purposes has long been known in the industry. This also includes sterilization (killing bacteria and deactivating viruses). In cooperation with the South African universities, we want to implement this knowledge in such a way that in cooperation with a well-known South African manufacturing company we can offer devices and equipment at low prices, that purify the air in the medical sense. We think of all places of public gathering such as schools, universities, restaurants and hotels.

KESA Kaufmann Engineering SA (est. 2021) is a South African engineering company with the background of a German engineering company since 1990. KESA sees itself primarily as a consulting company or as a project planner in the field of technology exchange between Germany and South Africa. We carry out specific project planning in certain areas. In other areas we support the exchange of knowledge also in the academic area.
For our work we use contacts in the German industry and to German NGOs where necessary. In the area of education we are through the establishment of the KESA SA Apprentice Hub working to help improve the education system.
